08 Be a Compliance Responsibility Contact person with Customer together with HRD Manager & Assistant HR Managers
09 Develop internal communicates and implements the strategic direction of the operations
10 Develop Talent Management Program and succession plan and implement the strategic direction of the operations.
11 Sustain organizational capability by working with the Leadership Team to engage and retain key players and by ensuring high caliber succession plans are in place
12 Develop, implement and administer the overall human resources plan and policy with business plan.
