• Searching and hunting qualified candidates based on clients’ requests
• Interviewing and evaluating to select the most suitable candidates before transferring to clients
• Manage and consult with Clients in candidate selection process.
• Assist the negotiation process between Clients and candidates.
• Handle any complaints from clients / candidates.
• Help the successful candidate through their transition into client′s organization.
• Follow up the recruiting process until finishing the guarantee time
• Ensure the Executive Search & Selection service to be on time with good quality of candidate
• Have at least 06 – 12 months of work experiences in Sales and Recruitment ( Trainee), Consultant or Customer service
• High energy, enthusiastic, dymamics, hardworking sales person with the ability to work under high pressure
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills
• Strong communications of both English and Vietnamese
